Feeling refreshed after a good nights sleep instead of needing more sack time to compensate for a stretch of hard days work is something I haven’t experienced (but now do thanks to Gano) in years and years…literally.   I have the interest and stamina for friendships I have never had that I can recall.  I have the energy to exercise to burn off the weight I had gained from the multiple anti-depressants I had tried over the years as well as the sedentary life style I had morphed into by default.

I also had a basal cell cancer on my face…the slow growing kind caused from overexposure to the sun.  I was also encouraged to not only take the coffee, but to use the special Ganoderma soap externally.  Wash with it, rinse as usual, then reapply the soap and leave it on my skin and watch the healing begin.  I tell you now, I had a lesion that was slow growing over a course of at least two years, that reversed and is virtually gone now as a result.  That change took about two-three months.  Likewise skin blemishes have been responsive when I apply the soap to them.  Overnight they are virtually healed, definitely gone by day two. 

My only warning would when using the Ganoderma, is to be mindful of how much product one needs by listening to your body, and stick to that.  It is so potent, the stamina it produces can boost energy that others who aren’t used to seeing you so upbeat may wonder what you’ve been up to!   I loved the product because there is no tremor like with caffeine.  There is no crash after the food product (remember it is a mushroom!!) is metabolized out of the body.  Also, if one has a tendency to be a ‘free bleeder,’ be cautious and observant of any increased bruising or bleeding.  The anti-stress effects are well worth ‘titrating’ Gano ingested dose and products around any GI upsets or bruising (more water really helps the GI problems…the toxins want out, and need water to carry them on downstream).  I have found an increased tendency to bruise when I use several of the Gano products at once.  Not so much if I stick to the SPORES with an occasional cup of Mocha or other drink product.
